Privacy Policy
Summary
InvoiceApp keeps your data on your iPhone. We do not run servers that receive your data, we do not require an account, and we do not use analytics, advertising or tracking.
Who we are
InvoiceApp is developed by Robin Riehn ("we", "us"). You can contact us at admin.eluvum@gmail.com.
Information you enter
To create invoices and estimates, you may enter:
- Your business details: business name, email address, logo, tax rate, invoice numbering, payment terms and default notes.
- Customer details: company name, contact name, email address, phone number and address.
- Documents: invoices and estimates, including line items, amounts, dates, tax, notes and payment status.
This information is stored in a file inside the app on your device, protected by iOS data protection. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. Like other app data, it is included in your iCloud or computer backup of your device if you use one; those backups are handled by Apple or your computer under their own terms.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking software, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Device features the app uses
- Photos: when you choose a logo, iOS gives the app only the single image you pick. The app does not access the rest of your photo library.
- Notifications: if you turn on notifications, iOS asks for your permission. You can change this at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
- Sharing: PDFs and data exports are only shared when you choose to, using the iOS share sheet, to the app or person you select.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. Apple tells the app whether you have an active subscription so that Pro features can be unlocked. Apple's handling of your information is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Your choices and rights
- Access and portability: Settings › Help & legal › Export my data gives you a copy of all your data in a standard file format (JSON).
- Correction: you can edit any information in the app at any time.
- Deletion: Settings › Help & legal › Delete account permanently deletes all data in the app. Deleting the app also removes its data from your device.
Because we do not hold any of your data, we cannot view, recover or delete it on your behalf.
Children
InvoiceApp is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If the app starts handling data differently, for example by adding accounts or cloud sync, we will update this policy and the date above before that change is released.
